How a virtual farewell card works

A paper card has to travel desk to desk, and it only holds as many signatures as it has corners. An online farewell card does not have that limit.

1. Create your wall and give it a name like "Goodbye Sara".
2. Share the link, or print the QR code, so the whole team can open it.
3. Everyone adds a message, a photo, a doodle, or a voice note. No app and no sign up.
4. Send the finished wall to the person leaving on their last day.

Colleagues in another office, on parental leave, or working remotely sign the same digital goodbye card as everyone sitting in the room.

Voice notes on a leaving card

Text is easy to skim. A voice note is harder to forget.

Anyone signing the wall can tap record and say the thing they would have said at the leaving lunch. The recordings sit next to the written messages, so the person leaving can play them back long after the last day.
